# Hype Check Live

## What it is
Hype Check Live is the broad, everyday sister of Hype Check Now (which covers AI and cybersecurity only). Same real-to-hype meter, wider aim: everything. It also flags one Quietly Real item each week (the true thing nobody amplified) and checks one reader-submitted claim (Check This).

## The hype score
0-100. Low is more real, high is more hype. Labels: Mostly Real (green), Half and Half (amber), Mostly Hype (red). The method is repeatable and every figure is sourced. Nothing is fabricated.

## Audience
General audience: curious readers, busy professionals, leaders, investors, fans, parents, skeptics. Anyone who wants to know what is real before they repeat it.
